What the film says

Bec has wanted a new accountant for three years. Her flower shop has six staff now, and her accountant still takes a week to call back. But switching sounds like a month of paperwork, so every year she stays.

Most firms' websites say they'd love new clients. They never show what moving actually looks like. Now picture a short animated story on the firm's homepage, told from Bec's side.

Monday: one call, twenty minutes, about her shop, not her shoebox. Tuesday: she signs one form, and the firm asks her old accountant for the files. She doesn't chase a thing.

Two weeks later, her first BAS with the new firm is done, and her accountant rings her first. Bec watches it once, and books the call. At Explainer Makers, we made an animated explainer for an Australian accounting firm, and the client was very happy with it.

If the hassle of switching keeps good clients away, we're happy to talk. Just visit explainermakers.com, or send a message on LinkedIn.
