What the film says

The fire started in the switchboard at two in the morning. By seven, Mick is standing in what's left of his workshop. Eight staff, three big orders due, and one question: are we covered?

Most brokers' websites list the policies. Mick never read the list. He just hoped.

Now picture a short animated story on the broker's homepage, told from Mick's side. Seven o'clock: one call, and Sarah, his broker, picks up. Ten o'clock: she's on site with the assessor.

By Friday, the team is working from a borrowed shed, and the business interruption cover he set up with her three years ago keeps the wages paid. A business owner who watches that knows what a broker does before anything burns. At Explainer Makers, we've spent over twenty-five years breaking complicated work into steps people can follow.

If your clients only find out what you do on the worst day of their year, we're happy to talk. Just visit explainermakers.com, or send a message on LinkedIn.
