What the film says
Sunday night. The hospital's new patient system goes live at midnight. Maria starts her night shift at ten.
She did the training three weeks ago: a two-hour session, a login, and a forty-page guide she hasn't opened since. At two in the morning, a patient needs a medication change. The screen has moved everything.
Maria rings the help desk. So does every other ward. Nobody showed her what changes for her.
Only where the buttons are. Now picture the same go-live with a two-minute story, made for her ward. Maria watches a nurse like her, on a night like hers, find the medication screen, make the change, and hand over to the morning shift.
Then she has a go herself, before midnight. At two in the morning, she knows where to look. The help desk phone stays quiet.
