What the film says

The quote was easy to say yes to. Anna signed it on a Tuesday. A new bathroom, from a local business with good reviews.

Then nothing. Two weeks without a word. When do they start?

Where does the dog go? How long without a shower? She rings.

She rings again. Mark's team does good work, but Anna only knows what she's told, and nobody told her. She leaves three stars.

Now picture the same quote, sent with a short animated story told from Anna's side. Day one: the old bathroom comes out, and the dog stays next door. Days two to five: no shower at home, so she uses the gym.

The plumber, the waterproofer, the tiler, each on the day she expected. The last day: Mark walks her through it, and she turns on her new shower. Anna watches the story twice before they start.

The phone stops ringing. She leaves five stars. At Explainer Makers, we have over twenty-five years of experience in breaking down complex work into steps people can follow.

Now we turn those steps into a story your clients can follow before the work starts. If your clients keep ringing to ask what happens next, we're happy to talk. Just visit explainermakers.com or send a message on LinkedIn.
